The Truth The blood type theory has never been tested clinically with results published in peer reviewed journals. The idea that some people should not exercise is absurd given what we know about exercise and disease. The theory that type A has inadequate hydrochloric acid is simply untrue. While it's true that some people's stomachs produce less hydrochloric acid that usually happens with age not blood type.
